MoW30 Molybdenum Tungsten Alloy Rod

MoW30 Molybdenum Tungsten Alloy Rod

MoW30 Molybdenum Tungsten Alloy Rod Description

Molybdenum and tungsten have similar physical and chemical properties, so they can be composed of alloys to perform better in some areas. The commonly used tungsten content in the alloy is 30%-50%, and different composition ratios can be made according to different application environments. MoW30 Molybdenum Tungsten Rod is generally made by powder metallurgy, method and vacuum electron bombardment smelting. It has high melting point, low steam pressure, strong ablative resistance, high operating temperature, high thermal conductivity, good chemical stability and high high temperature strength. Excellent properties such as strong creep resistance and good durability can be widely used in aerospace industry, glass melting (excellent corrosion resistance to molten metal and glass), vacuum coating, electronic devices and metallurgical industry. MoW30 Molybdenum Tungsten Alloy Rod has higher corrosion resistance to zinc liquid than pure metal molybdenum, and is mostly used in zinc liquid temperature measuring tube and some corrosion resistant parts of zinc smelting furnace. Moreover, the alloy products can be used at higher temperatures than molybdenum alloys and are well suited for use as electrode, nozzle and thimble components in the high-temperature furnace industry.
