Ti Wire is generally divided into titanium glass wire, titanium straight wire, titanium welding wire, titanium hanging wire, titanium coil wire, medical titanium wire and titanium nickel alloy wire and other types. 6AL4V-ELI Titanium Alloy Wires are commonly used in medical titanium wires because of their excellent biocompatibility, non-magnetic and non-toxic properties, strong fracture resistance and corrosion resistance to the acid and alkali environment in the human body. 6AL4V-ELI Titanium Alloy Wires are as soft and elastic as human bones, and can be used in dental, orthopedic, and surgical fields. They can also be used to make certain surgical instruments, such as sutures.

There are two common types of medical grade titanium alloys :Ti-6AL4V and Ti-6AL4VELI, in which a small amount of metal is added: 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium. Since vanadium is harmful to humans, it has been replaced by niobium, a non-toxic and stable metal.
