The tungsten copper welding wheel, also known as the roll welding wheel, is an electrode wheel installed on the seam welding machine. Copper-tungsten corrosion wheels have high heat resistance, low thermal expansion and high electrical or thermal conductivity. Tungsten copper alloy is used to manufacture contacts of high and low voltage electrical equipment and high-speed motors in the aviation and aerospace fields. Electrodes, refractory components, heat sinks, rocket components and electrical contacts made of tungsten copper alloy. The alloy can also be made into metal sheets, tubes and plates.
